Hermes Workspace MCP

Privacy policy

Effective September 5, 2026. Chris Kehoe operates this private integration for accounts he controls.

Access and use

The integration uses Google OAuth to access only the permissions approved for each account. Depending on those permissions, data may include the account email address, Gmail messages, headers, attachments, labels, calendar details, and events. It uses this information to carry out the operator's requested email and scheduling tasks. Drive, Docs, and Workspace administration are outside the initial scope.

Storage and processing

OAuth credentials are stored in access-restricted files on the operator's private server. A restricted backup of the OAuth client configuration is kept on the operator's Mac. Mail and calendar content may be held in agent conversations, task logs, or downloaded attachments as needed for requested work. The operator controls retention and deletion of those copies.

When the operator requests AI assistance, necessary task content may be processed by the AI providers configured for his agents. Provider selection and settings must comply with Google's Limited Use requirements. Google user data must not be used for advertising, sold, or used to train generalized AI models. It must not be sent to a service that uses it for those purposes.

Control and deletion

Revoke access at Google Account connections to stop future access. Revocation does not itself delete copies already stored in agent history or attachments. The operator can remove stored tokens and task data from his systems and use each configured provider's deletion controls.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
